Outstanding Service

<p>I went to visit the Glenacres branch (in Glen Marais) to program a PIN on my renewal credit card. Having been to a another branch in Kempton Park before where I received absolutely attrocious service, I dealt with a lady with the name Mmamoloko Florence Khosa at Glenacres.. It's a long story about FICA documentation, etc., etc., but Mmamoloko assisted me and went out of her way to help. I could not believe it was the same bank - service wise. I am very greatful to Mmamoloko for the way she handled the situation and the effort she put in to assist me during a very frustrating time. She is truly an asset to the Glenacres branch!!</p>
