I would like to express my sincere gratitude to one of your consultants, Knicheal Mohanlall.<br> He is very friendly, helpful and professional.<br> I app**** for an application with Nedbank on Tuesday 21/07/2015 and within no time he called me and advised me on the whole process, and his information and knowledge that he has given me was so useful.<br> I too was a home loan consultant for more than 10 years and just listening to his telephonic and conversation etiquette really astounded me.<br> With the help of Knicheal, I received confirmation that Nedbank AIP'd the application on Thursday 23/07/2015 (Two days ) which was so impressive.<br> On Friday, Knicheal called me and confirmed that the application was granted and even gave me a call on Saturday to confirm that I have received the quotation.<br> I am really impressed with the service I have received and the constant feedback and assistance I have received from Knicheal.<br> I have no banking relationship with Nedbank, but the service he has given me really makes me proud to be taking one of my hugest financial loans with Nedbank.<br> Knicheal definitely deserves some recognition and reward for the outstanding service he is giving his customers.<br>
