My husband and I are hoping that Nedbank could pass on our upmost gratitude for the outstanding customer service provided to us by Ayanda Cebekhulu and Vukosi Baloyi. If you could acknowledge them in front of their peers that would great. It would show their peers that customers are always appreciative to take the time to acknowledge great customer service. These two employees had their own enthusiasm and energy levels above and beyond our belief. This we truly believe is credit to the Nedbank Nicolway branch and fully represents what Five star customer service is all about. To the manager of Nedbank Nicolway, keep in empowering these great employees, by doing so, you will be generating a positive professional gesture which will help increase their confidence and motive them to always do their best for your establishment.
