Outstanding customer service

What an absolutely pleasant experience with my loan application at Nedbank Taj Centre Pietermaritzburg. On walking into the bank I was greeted by a handsome professional gentleman by the name of Justin Murugan, within minutes of handing him my paperwork he got the ball rolling with my loan application. As I waited he took me through the process step by step making small talk now and again whenever he assumed there was a bit of awkward silence. Mr Murugans level of service was outstanding. Not only was he charming and sweet but he contacted me via email and telephonically to keep me up to date with the status of my application. Excellent customer service Justin.
