Outstanding Customer care from staff member at Nedbank

I would like to appreciate this staff member from Nedbank Branch at Cnr Main and Simmonds JHB Central, Octavia Aphane. I had two months struggle with Nedbank concerning my deposit which were withheld because of their deposit machines that had technical error. After explaining my frustrations to her , she politely helped me with my query,making follow ups at the same time updating me. She extremely goes extra mile to help me until my money reflected on my account. Thanks a lot my sister and hopefully your efforts will be recognised.
