Outstanding credit card paid up letter
I have settled the credit card on the 24th June using a different bank, and it was confirmed that it will appear in their records on the 26th, then I will get a paid up letter on the 27th until today, I have not receive anything although my account is closed. I made a follow-up on 03 July and it was confirmed that there was no request for the settlement, I then made another follow up evening visiting the branch to my surprise everytime I am making a follow-up it is like a new request. I would like to know as how long should I wait for the Nedbank Credit card paid up letter

05 Jul 2024, 10:09I am so frustrated by Nedbank, I have not receive my paid up letter. The only call I received yesterday was for the limited increase while awaiting for the paid up letter after several follow-ups and branch vist, is this bank a ****? are you delayin this letter so that i can remain in your bondage. Is it it normally to wait for more that 7days just to receive a paid up letter?
