Outdated Tech at Nedbank.

Deposited via EFT money from FNB to Nedbank Voyager CC and Capitec on Friday 3 December at 11am , deposit reflected in 3 minutes in my Capitec account , 5 days later and dozens of emails to customer service at Nedbank , I am told it takes 48 hours to reflect and excludes weekends ( I was not aware computers took weekends off as well ) and that delays are to mitigate ***** ?? Yet all other banks are immediate, have suggested Nedbank take a serious look at other banks tech as clearly they have been left way behind in the digital era . It's 5 days now and still the deposit is not showing.
