Outdated Credit Information.

I have requested numerous times for Nedbank Credit Score to check and update my credit profile with Experian. On my credit profile nothing has been updated for the last 2 months. I have NO Open Accounts, and nothing in Arrears, yet on the profile which Nedbank has, there is a DPP DECODER PLAN Which shows in arrears, this is outdated information. Accounts are CLOSED. and on my Experian Reports it shows CLOSED. Why is this outdated information regarding a DPP DECODER PLAN SHOWING ? And my credit score has also changed which nedbank has not updated ??? I want this looked into and fixed. Stop calling me and asking me whst the problem is and GET on with Updating my credit Profile already.
