Out of the ordinary service

About 2 years ago Nedbank assigned me a personal banker. She has been helping me since then. Her name is Mrs./Miss Lebogang Ndinisi, she is based at the Wonderpark branch.

This wonderful lady has gone out of her way to ensure that i receive the best service always. She is a true ambassador for Nedbank. Without fail, she makes me feel as if i am the only client that Nedbank has. When there is a delay in anything, she will email, call and apologize as if she is in the wrong. She even takes responsibility for delays/ mistakes that are done by other departments.

This woman will always give you a consistent genuine smile, whether its morning or late afternoon.

Lebogang, you are an amazing employee and the way you have consistently assisted me for this 2 years its out of this world. I personally still believe in excellent service because of you. I keep telling my friends about you.

Keep up the excellent work and may God reward and bless you for what you are doing.
