OTP GOES TO MY OLD NUMBER (DO NOT HAVE THIS NUMBER FOR PAST 3 YEARS)

I am trying to create an online log in from my laptop and the OTP is going to a phone number that I do not have for the past 3 years. I was told to go into a branch and remove the number. I did that last year, 2022 but the OTP still goes to the number that I DO NOT HAVE ANY LONGER! not sure when Nedbank will get my profile right.
