OTP Can not be changed if we in China we need to visit a branch

Terrible experience with Nedbank customers that struggle to change OTP while they overseas where local cell numbers were deactivated to either email or international cell no . we need to visit the branch but they are in China - please assist how can we do this if we are not in South Africa
