Opt Outs not opting out.

I am a Nedbank customer. However I keep getting SMSs encouraging me to get "a loan just for you on your Money App". I have received the message 3 times (21 June, 07 July, 19 July) and each time I have rep**** "STOP". Nevertheless I keep getting the messages.

If I get this message again I'm going to have to consider complaining to WASPA about the lack of compliance.
