Opened wrong account
I accidentally opened a 32 day notice, when i wanted to open a Justsave.
The reason for the investment account was to keep the money safe while waiting for my house to be sold.
I went to the bank the very next day to cancel it. I was told there was nothing they could do.
I was disappointed as I went within 6 hours to the bank to get the account changed and nothing could be done.
Can you please release the funds immediately as i need it for my home compliance certificates.
