Oooops, Nedbank did it again!

I went into a Nedbank branch to open the 'cheapest' savings account which could be linked to 2 existing bond accounts. After debating with the consultant which was cheaper - R18 or R49, she proceeded to open the account. After an hour and a half, various hiccups with the debit card (which I left without, as they could not get it to work - I didn't require a debit card anyway, but nevertheless....) I discovered at the end of the entire procedure (and after closing time) that a current account had been opened, instead of a savings account as requested! I then had to go back to the branch to have this rectified. As if I have nothing better to do with my time! To top that off, I received 3 statements in the post, each one blank, for accounts that are no longer open! I've been receiving one blank statement for the last 17 years in the post - 1 page in an envelope with postage paid (this from the Green Bank!) which, try as I might, I have been unable to stop having this sent to me - now there are 3 of these.....really, Green Bank?
