Only payout fot unforseen damage(quick damage)

So if you have a hole in your roof...it doesn't matter if hail put it there, It doesn't 'matter if hail took paint of your roof and walls......it doesn't matter if a tree fall over and wreck your gutters.....oh yeah and remember if you only put roof leak on the claim app from your cell.....they will asses nothing else. But they will tell you over the phone they would have paid to remove the tree if you haven't done it!
