Online quote system not user friendly
Your online quote system really sucks. Try to use it a few times to get a quote for short term insurance but you get to point where you think you are moving to the next page and then the system just freezes. Tried it on both my laptop as well as my tablet. Really I don't know why I bother clearly you don't want new business.
