Online Personal Loan application that never never received any feedback

App**** for a PL online with the hope that it will be faster than going into the branch. 5days later i do not have feedback and this is not the first time its actually the 2nd time i am going to abondon an application with them simply because there is not prompt feedback. I have 2 homeloans with them which are over R2.3M combined and guess what i will need to move those because i am looking for a bank that is my partner and not my headache
