Online personal loan application no response

This is a second time I have a bitter taste with Nedbank personal loans department. Why have an online application process when you don't correspond with your customers.

Escalation number ***6, I am now tired of calling everyday every hour to get answers, just a simple approved or decline would do or there are missing documents not just escalate with no one even answering in that escalation department.

Since Friday, I signed digital contract, accepted Debi check and still no answer. It's beyond rediculous.
