Online credit card application

I app**** online for a credit card almost a month ago. Yesterday i did a follow up and the application was approved. My number changed so i gave them the correct number to call me on. The guy from Nedbank i was talking to said that i can go to any branch to collect the card. I went to the Clearwater branch and the lady assisting me there was not friendly at all. She gave me a number to dail to assist me i spoke to a lady there and she said that my card have not been orderd yet she will call me back on wednsday to confirm if the orderd the card. I really think this is bad service from you guys. You cant even tell me when to get the card you dont send out anything to say how far you are with the application nothing. Im expecting my card to be with me this week as i cant wait any logner fot this. Really **** service from you guys.
