Online credit card

I app**** for a nedbank credit card which was approved on the 17th of December 2020, every time I call their call centre to follow up, im told dsv will contact me to arrange for delivery of my card, im not sure who's *********** here, dsv or nedbank and now I'm wondering if dsv ever call.
