Online card transaction failing, call centre clueless

Can someone knowledgable from Amex / Card division please contact me regarding online transactions being declined all of a sudden.

My account is near 10 years old and nothing new has happened.

You are holding up my business transactions.

Thank goodness I have a FNB account to use in the meantime.
