Online Banking Safety Concern

My online banking access suddenly blocked me, also my Nedbank Money app also just blocked me for now reason. I am abroad and I made 6 phone calls today, and 3 online chat connections, but I get placed on hold and then everyone dissapears! Right now theyre telling me when they check my profile I am they can see nothing wrong and that I remain to have full access, but when I log in it shows my account has been locked or suspended. I am very concerned about the safety of my account.
