Online Appointments are useless

Booking an appointment online is pretty much useless!! This is the second time i got to the Rooihuiskraal Nedbank at Mall@reds and i wasn't attended on time no1 and they told me they won't be able to attend me at my appointment time and should join the long walk in queue. The Incompetency of making appointments should rather be cancelled because thisbis ridiculous. I have made other important appointments for the day and now all my appointments should be shifted because of this terrible service.
