Online application night
Recently opened an account with Nedbank due to approval of home loan application. My experience with the app its totally disappointing I can't even my account, everytime I log in it says password incorrect i must reset i have reset the password more than 7 times in 4 day, I am soo close to closing this account and moving the home loan to my original bank

02 Nov 2021, 18:34The Nedbank app is a total ****, contact centre is equally useless called and never got a consultant for 30 minutes, now my account is blocked I cant even check my balance. I have never had a single issue with my fnb app. Totally regret opening this account
