Online Application DON'T work!!

What the H*LL is going on with you? Your online application for a linked garage card DOES NOT WORK!! My application cannot be found, even though I saved a copy of the application and have a reference number. According to the online site, someone would be in contact with me within 24 to 48 hours. 5 days have gone by and still nothing. I phone the call centre - on hold for 11 minutes, then get told by Nosipho I must submit 3 months bank statements. Hey? What? I must go into Nedbank, draw 3 months bank statements only to send the same statements back to Nedbank? I see and hear stupid on a daily basis but this has to be the best. Nowhere on the online application does it say anything about submitting ANY documents anyway. Please go and fire someone in your IT dept. that hasnt done their job to check that online applications DO actually get to where they should go. Absolute madness this!
