Ongoing unresolved Debit

I have paid up my Credit Card Account and requested it to be closed last May 2020. But until today Nedbank is still debiting my account and I have been told by my professional banker that the account is on the process of being closed. Each month I have to reverse these debt orders at a cost for 18 months to date.
