Ongoing refund query for 4 months

I have been in contact with Nedbank since the 15th January 2024. I had funds deposited into my old Nedbank account that was supposedly closed a year ago or more ago. Apparently the account was never closed as per my request therefore the funds did not bounce back. I have a complaint that is still unresolved, logged with Cheslyn with the bank and I have had enough. I was advised in April to go to Nedbank Century City, the Canal Walk branch and Amanda Human along with her Team Leader Nolitha advised that they will have the funds in my account the same day. A month later after more calls from me I am still waiting for someone to resolve my query. I'm tired and need serious help.
