Ongoing Issues with Card Replacement

I must express my frustration with the continuous need to replace my Nedbank card. Both my partner and I have taken great care of our cards, yet I encountered issues with mine the day after collection. The PIN requires frequent resets, it fails at certain speed point machines, and it often displays an "exceeded limit" error, even for small transactions. The replacement fee of R160 is significant, and these recurring problems seem too frequent to be coincidental. I urge you to address this matter promptly. Thank you.
