Ongoing Issue Since May 2025 – No Resolution or Response from Nedbank

I’ve been trying to resolve an issue with Nedbank since May 2025, and despite countless follow-up emails — including one written email with the help of a Nedbank agent two weeks ago — I still haven’t received any response. I have been extremely patient and cooperative, sending emails and even visiting a branch in person, only to be told that they can’t assist me there.

I’ve been handed over to legal despite my continuous efforts to resolve the matter directly. I’m left with no other option but to report this issue here, hoping someone at Nedbank will finally take accountability and help bring this long-standing issue to a close.
