Ongoing bad service

An amount of 174 went off my account. 1 agent advised to stop my card and get a new 1.got disconnected the 2nd agent advise to stop online transactions and yet online transactions is stopped. Advised to contact ***** and I dnt want to as they never got back to. Me on my last query why are All the banks not interested in helping. I can't keep letting my money go you something I don't have or not gaining from. Gosh it's a small amount why can't it be reversed
