One miss call from Nedbank, your will be send to tracers

I missed a call from Nedbank homeloan on 9th February and received no calls after. On 15 and 16 February I am receiving calls from arrogant tracers saying Nedbank cant get hold of me. I have home address, cellphone, work number and email address, but one miss call warrant nedbank to share my details with two different people to trace me. I work during office hours, i might have been away from workstation or busy at work. I thought now since we have popi act all share of information will stop.
