I have been a Nedbank banking client for years now and have watched the company's customer service go from the best to the worst. Not only in the branches but with the call centers especially. This is one of the reasons why I decided to leave the Bank.

But when closing the account, I was assisted by one of the sweetest consultants ever, she greeted with a smile, built rapport and maintained a professional conversation that keeps the client at ease.
