ONCE AGAIN NEDBANK DOES WHAT THEY DO BEST, BEING USELESS

It brings me great sadness and pain that every month I have to write a complain in order for me to be assisted.

Ever since I started using Nedbank I always have problems. Please look into this matter or else I'm switching banks. You guys are so behind it ain't funny, I simple don't understand why one cannot reverse send Imali that just absurd but then who am to suggest.

On the 31st in the morning I transferred money into wrong number i couldn't reverse since Nedbank is so behind, luckily the number does not exist, was told to wait 48hours for the money to be back to my account it been 48hours already but still no money in my account. I need this to be resolved for once can you guys do well on my side. Last month the money was transferred back to my account immediately after 48 hours that too was after I wrote a complain, this month agent Alexander Finlayson says I have to wait another 48 hours. As if I don't need the money I have all the time in the world to wait .
