They want to rob me from making a mistake that i regret of opening a green bag credit card. I opened it today but they dont want to cancel it because they say i must be charged first and that is not fair. i dont want the credit card at all. i called them hence why now i write this because they say i must wait till they can charge me and i dont want to be charged. I need help with this matter. i have been with the bank for a while and this is not fair. i dont want their credit card at all

29 Apr 2026, 12:21I have called the help line and nobody seems to be willing to assist as they keep on saying i must pay for a credit card i never used, i dont even have an hour opened but i must be punished with payment. They can close it as they say i must wait 24 hours to be charged then they can start with the closure, this is unfair. same thing when chatting online and got nowhere. A whole R300.00 is a lot of money to cancel something for not using it. I am in my second hour now. This bank wants to take bread money from my kids for a whole week. No man this is unfair
