Its easy to get negative, but we should also share when you have had a good experience. My card had some ***** on it, and within 2 weeks all was resolved, money paid back and assistance via email was given. I am super happy and impressed with the service, and super grateful that all my money was restored. Thank you.

I have heard so many of my other friends complain about the bank fees, service charges etc that they have to pay at other banks.
