Old loan account

<p>I recently re-opened a Nedbank account,as I was busy trying to re arrange my life and wanted to get a homeloan through them as I heard they where good, the 1st experience I received from them has left me no option but close this account and go back to my old bank , after my salary was deposited in my account they went in and debited almost half of the amount in there when I asked I was told it was for a loan I took years ago, no one told me about this now my family is sitting with no grocery money honestly I expected good service and communication from this bank what they did was ****gery at its best , I dont mind paying the amount but couldnt they have called to alert me so I can make payment arrangement that are comfortable for me...</p>
