Old fashioned system

I needed to withdraw a large amount form my savings account which is larger than the normal limit and was told I needed to go into the bank in Mosselbay to raise the limit. Come on, Nedbank, the other banks allow one to do this on the Internet! The time is long gone that one needed to go into the bank for a simple matter. After going to the bank it was still not done and I had to go there a second time. Again it was not done correctly and when queried I was told to go to the bank a third time upon which I told them I would rather close my accounts and go to another bank which has a proper functioning website.
