Old dinosaurs nlike nedbank eed to be left in the dust.
I have building insurance with medbank.
We had terrible floods here in KZN and have been declared a disaster area. Damage was widespread.
Even the government out performed themselves and got things sorted out. Haven't even had loadshedding like the rest of the country to assist with the issues we had to deal with here.
It's so lovely to see a country come together and work hard to resolve issues in time of need.
Except for nedbank of course. They couldn't care less about the insurance claims I have with them for al.ost half a year now.
Keep calling the call center and getting the phonecard dripped or they tell me they will phone back and never do.
In the mean time I have a leaky roof. A wall that keeps falling over more and more. A swimming pool that got completely filled with mud that I had to sort out myself. A deck that is crumbling daily and these things are actually hazards that are very dangerous for my wife and child.
But I see they keep collecting their insurance premium and their bond amou t every month and smiling nicely about it while they make promises to me every time I call them.
So good on you nedbank. I see while the rest of kzn actually is hard at work recovering from this debater you guys went fully proudly south african in your special way and decided to just ignore your clients.
I wonder how fast I will het that call back from nedbank if my bond payment fails this month.
That's about the only service I can expect at this stage. A call when you don't get payment. Right ?
