I went to Nedbank Neelsie branch , Stellenbosch . I asked for a letter stating that I have an account with this institution and was told to take a seat . A gentleman walked in with his son asking to open an account , guess what ? They were immediately helped by the lady that told me to take a seat . Is Nedbank that desperate for new clients that the clients of 40 years plus that has various accounts with them must now take a backseat ?
