OH, NEDBANK !!

This is the Digital Age, right? The age of Instant Information and communication, right? Will someone tell NEDBANK that?! When you get to my age (it’s rude to ask!)the memory is unreliable which is why, for example, I - and many like me - wish to keep our paperwork up to date. It’s a mystery why Nedbank simply cannot provide a simple statement detailing interest earned on one’s account from 01/03/‘22 to 28/02/‘23! This can’t be done until “sometime in June!”, I’m told! Nor can they offer a reason for such incompetence….while, at the same time, closing their branches - or scaling them down to mere kiosks! Is there something long-time clients should know?! “1958”
