OFFLINE ATM - bank charges incurred

TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! Charging R53.02 bank charges for withdrawing R200 at the bank teller all because the ATM outside the branch was offline! This was at the Van Riebeeck Mall in Edenvale. Is this Nedbank's way of making more money? Very Very Sneaky!
