Offer amount on personl loan then changed @ branch

My Mrs decided to take a personal loan at Nedbank online application she was called by Rebecca Naidoo ,the app was done and was offered an amount of R105 000 in writing and set the docs to sign and take top the branch in windermere,when she went there the consultant says she is only offered R90 900 thats basically R14 000 of the 1st offer,and we have discussed this over the weekend and know what we was going to settle and pay back now its a setback and is really dissappointing...if this amount is in writing by the online consultant it should be given not changed...this is now the 3rd issue i have had with nedbank and to think i still ****** promote their bank to others...i expect an answer to this and expect the amount which was given initially to my wife be paid out if this dont occur then we know Nedbank is skeeming their customers daily!!
