**** of a bank

I opened accounts for my 2 kids in 2020,I’ve been experiencing one of the accounts being restricted,I’ve been to the branch more than 3times trying to sort it out,it will be unrestricted for a couple of days then goes back to being restricted,no warning no notification that you get from the bank,yesterday it happened I poured fuel at the petrol station,I couldn’t pay because the card started its issues,when I called the bank I couldn’t get assistance because the lady Nthabiseng said the people that can unrestrict are working today,I’ve been taken from pillar to pole to access the money that I should be freely accessing.9:30 this morning I went to the Northgate branch got assisted by Hulisani,worse service ever,its 13:15 and the account is still not active,mind you nobody is telling y it’s restricted.I feel powerless.I jst want money pls Nedbank,it’s not a loan it’s my savings.
