Nthabiseng you are a STAR!

I have to write this review,I have never had an escalation where it was never resolved. I spoke to one of the NB team leaders regarding my application that was still in back office but approved, Nthabiseng handled my query with urgency,patience and professionalism. Just like all employees of NB do. She even went as far as ordering my AMEX card for me which is something I have been trying to do since last year,thanks Nthabiseng and NB.
