NRR Collection Lawyers steeling my monies

I am paying every month and the keep sending me harassing SMS . I called and they are rude, . I an going to take them to human Rights Court now.. Seems lime NRR Collection Lawyers' are steeling my monies and dont pay it over to Nedbank. I send them proof of all my payment any e-mails ate bouncing back.
