NRB subscription fee

I went to the bank ro request information about NRB subscription fee? what is this. and the lady had no clue what was this. she talk to other colleagues with had not idea either. reported as ***** and said she will come back to me in one week, nothing in 3 weeks.

I did not notice this before as I do not use this account regularly, now I go back to my statements and they have been deducting different amounts since 1 sep 2020

due to my work I can’t go to the bank and spend another 2 hours.
