NRB accting subscription fees

NRB acting subscription fee R201 and BDS ABSA Ins Fund R8.60 Constantly coming of my Nedbank Account, being to Branch many times which they claim is Pastelmybusiness which I never subscribe to. Nedbank claim they cannot block or cancel subscription. Tried doing it myself without any luck. What can I do please, cannot just pay and pay?? Kind Regards, Gale Williams
