NRB Accting Subscription

I have been charged since August 2019 for NRB accting service. I do not know what this is. I phoned the customer care line, they cannot help me. Sent me a dispute form to fill in that will take 45 working days for a resolution. in total 544,56 was deducted from my current account... can some one from Nedbank please advise what this is and refund my money?
