NRB ACCTING FEE
On the 1st Feb 2016 I noticed an amount of R156 taken off my account and because I have budgeted for just my stuff to go through it put me in arrears and they charged me an extra R90 for a debit order to be accepted. I phone in and have received no feedback as to what this R156 is for. On the 1st March 2016 the same amount has been debited from my account without my permission. I want both amounts refunded and my R90. If it wasn't for that R156 I wouldn't have been in arrears. Now once again my account is in arrears.
