NRB accting fee

<p>Hi,</p> <p> </p> <p>I find it as a sneaky way to get us to subscribe to an accounting service to make quick buck from unsuspecting clients by Nedbank. Under services on internet banking you find the accounting service you get excited and think it’s a free service as it’s not explicitly shown as a paid service. I picked it up by chance that for 3 months they have been deducting money for it.</p> <p> </p> <p>Also I have a problem with Nedbank going to my account I never authorized for them to use and deducted money from it on my personal loan payment. When other payments are not going through they quick to charge transaction decline fee. This again I find it unfair as I am now paying because of their fault.</p>
